Lee Williams Boudakian, Founder & CEO

 

Sirelico Advisory was born from firsthand experience with the opportunities and constraints of leadership. As a founder, interdisciplinary artist, program director, and leader of teams across entrepreneurial, tech, creative, nonprofit, and public sectors, I’ve seen and lived the challenges leaders face when trying to align their values with their daily practices. 

Many leaders are stretched thin, navigating competing priorities while striving to maintain integrity in their work. Often, organizations and leaders need more support than they have. We often need guidance to bridge vision with operations, ensuring that our commitments aren’t just aspirations, but lived realities.

That’s where Sirelico comes in. We are operators at our core. We don’t just build frameworks and strategies that sound good—we work alongside you to identify what isn’t working, clarify what’s possible, and craft actionable solutions that support your mission.
