Background

Sirelico Advisory was born from lived experience – the kind that comes from building, leading, and navigating across sectors. As a multi-time founder, interdisciplinary artist, creator of many projects, and leader of teams across entrepreneurial, tech, creative, nonprofit, and public sectors, I’ve seen and lived both the possibilities and the pressures of leadership firsthand.

I know how challenging it can be to stay aligned with your values while juggling competing priorities and limited capacity. Many leaders are doing our best with too few resources, facing complex decisions without enough support. Often, the gap isn’t in vision: it’s in translating that vision into action.
